I am a native Colorado and have been selling residential real estate for more than 11 years. As a life-long resident of beautiful Colorado, my love and knowledge of the area combined with a friendly personality and go-getter attitude make me the perfect “tour guide” agent to help you find your dream home!
I excel at taking each client through all of the steps to closing, with honesty, reliability and tenacity. My problem solving skills and patience dealing with the varied parties of any transaction do not stop me from achieving the same results for each of my clients. As an experienced real estate professional, my goal is to save you time, money and worry, in your real estate transactions.
I have extensive knowledge of the real estate market and the areas surrounding Denver and provide clients with the necessary information when buying or selling real estate. I love to learn and stay well informed and educated in the real estate industry. As a result, I have continuously updated my education and received the Accredited Buyers Representative- ABR® Designation as well as becoming a Certified Negotiations Expert and receiving my CNE® Designation. I am looking forward to receiving more designations in the near future! I am also a member of the Aurora Association of Realtors, Colorado Association Of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
I received my degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management at the University of Northern Colorado. After college, I spent 4 years in residential property management, where I helped open and lease up a 600 unit apartment complex and became the assistant manager of a 324 unit apartment complex in Cherry Creek.
My hobbies include Crossfit, golfing, traveling, snowmobiling, ATV’s, and enjoying the tranquility of the mountains. I spend my free time with my family and friends, including my adorable nieces and nephew!
